SHIPPING

MBOSS Accessories sends all domestic parcels via Australia Post in Express Satchels for the flat rate of $10. 

Dispatch of goods is within 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive tracking information via email.

DELAYS
Timings are subject to Australia Post and shipping provider services. MBOSS Accessories cannot assume responsibility for any delays by the postage provider.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please be aware as leather is a natural material that the appearance can vary from the images shown and they may contain different textures and markings to those shown. Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on typical leather characteristics.

REFUNDS

MBOSS Accessories do not offer refunds based on change of mind, we will only offer a refund on faulty items. MBOSS Accessories does not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges.

EXCHANGES

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it in - personalised items are unable to be exchanged. It must also be in original packaging. MBOSS Accessories will not be held liable for items that are sent back broken or damaged. All exchanges will be issued in the form of a credit note which can be redeemed at our online store. MBOSS Accessories do not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges.

Please note sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.

RETURN SHIPPING

MBOSS Accessories bear no responsibility for the loss of an item being returned so we recommend that you return it using registered mail. MBOSS Accessories do not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you pack your items carefully and purchase insurance at the post office if you want to be covered for any damage that might occur in the post.
